The game Trace Memory (or Another Code in Europe in Japan) was a whimsical game that hearkened back to the days of old-school adventure games that many remember so fondly. While the game wasn't a smash hit, it still had many fans on this side of the Pacific.

Many of us had high hopes that the game would receive a sequel, and Hotel Dusk (an equally good game), held us over for quite a while. Recently, Another Code R: Gateway of Memories was released in Europe in complete English. While it has become painfully obvious that the game may not be released in the U.S. anytime soon, I and the rest of the fans of Trace Memory hope that this is more of a temporary wait than a permanent shunning of a great franchise.

As you may or may not know, many people have not taken the news of Another Code: R's Japanese and European exclusivity well, and some have even gone as far as importing the European version and hacking their Wiis to be able to play the game. Though their actions may not be entirely legal, said people would most certainly buy the game officially should it be released here.

This is a large amount of money you could be making, and you are completely missing out on it due to your withholding of the game's release. To make a long story short (too late, I know), we, the fans of the Trace Memory, would be absolutely pleased should you listen to our pleas.

We, the undersigned, ask you with all due respect to release Another Code R: Gateway of Memories onto American shores.
