I am starting this petition to see Eastenders relased on DVD; one of Britain's most successful soaps to date. It really is a disgrace that the BBC haven't bothered to release an impressive compilation of episodes.
There have been several petitions in the past that have asked for this and on the soap forums there is a hige demand for a DVD release.
We, the fans of Eastenders call on the BBC to release Eastenders on DVD. We are asking for at the very least, a compilation release that contains the best episodes from each decade. For example: Best of the 80's, 90's and 00's.
We feel that this is a reasonable request and there is a massive public demand for this release to come to fruition. It will make the millions of fans happy and will also make the BBC a tidy profit.
We demand action.
