The City Council and Planning Commission of Fontana are looking into approving a project called Westgate. This project will include building subsidized apartments and unfavorable destination points in the North Fontana area.
This project will impact the entire City of Fontana negatively. The majority of the residents in Fontana reject this project because it will depreciate the value of not only their homes but of the community as a whole.
This project will impact Fontana by increasing traffic and congestion, increasing crime rate and lowering the value of property. More detailed information can be found in the City of Fontana website.
The residents of Fontana desire single family homes to be built to prosper and reflect the family oriented community it is. We need your support and signature to voice our concern and our rejection of this project. If you are in favor of rejecting this project and have a vested interest in the proper growth of the City of Fontana, I urge you to support this petition.
We the residents of the City of Fontana call upon the City of Fontana Elected Officials and the Planning Commission to eliminate and reject the Westgate project.
