Reinstate Glenda Greene as Principal of CNE Elementary

Mrs. Glenda Greene, after serving 16+ years at CNE with 6+ of those in the elementary administration, has been removed from her position and sent to the High School.

This is taking place days before our students state testing and we firmly believe it will have a direct impact on our schools testing scores. The general atmosphere has already started to decline.

We feel this is extremely reckless and due to the lack of consistency and statistical justification for this decision we strongly disagree with it in its entirety.

Mrs. Greene has no way to validate all the hard work she and her staff implemented during the school year to insure that this year’s test scores will improve with this careless action.

We cannot stress the importance of our staff and students focus during this time of state testing. The 3rd graders who do not pass the reading portion of the test will be retained.
