Reinstate Bruno Kondric as Principal of Huntley Centennial Public School

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board has appointed and removed four principals at Huntley Centennial Public School over the past five years. These frequent changes are creating unease and apprehension with students and parents at the school.
Huntley Centennial's current principal, Bruno Kondric, works well with staff, students and parents, and has garnered much respect from the Huntley Community. Mr. Kondric has an excellent understanding of the needs of the Huntley Centennial community and has provided excellent leadership and vision during his tenure as Acting Principal.
The decision by the OCDSB to remove Mr. Kondric comes as a great surprise to the parents and staff of Huntley Centennial. The decision appears to be based strictly on bureaucratic concerns and there seems to have been little consideration for the students' well-being.
The members of the Huntley Centennial community believe this situation to be unacceptable. Our school needs strong and stable leadership. Bruno Kondric is providing this.
We, the undersigned, urge the OCDSB to reconsider its decision to re-assign Bruno Kondric. We demand that Mr. Kondric be installed as Principal of Huntley Centennial Public School and remain so for the foreseeable future.
