In light of the HIP Scheme being scrapped by the government, this was obviously an unnecessary scheme.
This was a scheme which was forced on sellers, who neither wanted, needed or asked for it.
As with PPI, any payments made for HIP should be refunded as the circumstances are much the same.
I would like to claim for a refund for monies paid in respect of the HIP Property Scheme set up by the government.
As this was scrapped by the government, it was obviously unnecessary and should therefore be treated in line with the PPI refund claims.
I never wanted the above, asked for it, or needed it but was forced to pay for it.
