People in Victora can't ride their pocketbikes and scooters anywhere other than on their own property but not everyone has a farm or somewhere where they can ride.
I used to see an old man everyday ride his motorized scooter to the shop every morning but now he cant because someone on a pocketbike crashed into a taxi.
We, the undersigned, want Victoria to loosen up scooter and pocketbike laws so we can ride them in public reserves or dedicated bike tracks.
