Boston Red Sox Owners

United States of America

Despite continuous sellouts at Fenway Park, the 2011 Boston Red Sox failed to fulfil their responsibility to the fans of the City of Boston, New England and throughout the globe to put forth their utmost efforts.

They have since lost their manager, their general manager and the respect of loyal supporters.

As ownership looks to pick up the pieces from a shattered 2011 season and in recognition of: (a) the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park; and (b) the importance of the Boston Red Sox as a civic organization the undersigned request that:

1. 100 box seats for each of the home games in 2012 (including post season) be made available free of charge to various non-profit organizations throughout New England; and

2. Each member of the Boston Red Sox organization pledge to put forth his/her best efforts to field a team of which the base can be proud. To assure that this standard is being met, management agrees to regularly consult with members of the fan base.
