The Medical Marijuana Act was voted on in 2004 by the People of Montana - a law made by the direct will of the People.

Senate Bill SB423 was made into the Montana Marijuana Act. The Original Law has been substantially limited in scope and has dire consequences for the Will of The People.

We The People of The State of Montana, with firm reliance on the Montana State Constitution and it's protections, do hereby Petition Governor Schweitzer and all Elected officials of State of Montana to stand by your Oaths of Office, uphold the will of The People of Montana and ReEnact the Medical Marijuana Act as voted on in 2004.

Any changes that may need to be made should be made and VOTED on in a Bill Modifying the Original Medical Marijuana Act of 2004, by We The People of The State of Montana and then it should be made into Law
as per our Will!

If this is not done we will seek further action up to and including Recall or Impeachment.

Sincerely,

We The People of The State of Montana attached hereby.
