Have you heard about One Metro West, the SEVEN-story, 1050-unit apartment
complex development project located by Costa Mesa's state streets? This is your
chance to make a difference and voice your opinion! In June of 2022, the City Council approved One Metro West without putting it to a vote by the residents. However, with Measure K now in place, the project must be re-approved by the Council without the need for a resident vote. Measure K took away our right to vote on this matter.
This petition provides you with an opportunity to express your concerns if you believe that the project's density, traffic impact, safety issues, and potential strain on the city budget make it unsuitable for your neighborhood. Additionally, if the City Council proceeds with the project, we are urging that the $6 MILLION in development fees be allocated towards improving parks, streets, and neighborhoods most affected by this development.

development fees towards enhancing parks, streets, and impacted neighborhoods.
