Sexual minorities aka Lesbians gays bisexual and transgender people (LGBT) have for a long time been shunned by the society. The purpose of this petition is to ensure that the people from this community have their rights observed and this means repealing section 165 of the penal code which criminalizes homosexuality. We are depending heavily on the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
