We, the people of North Carolina, the constituents of Senator Richard Burr, do hereby and set forth this day, actions to invoke the right of Recall Referendum to remove Senator Richard Burr and replace his office with a Senator whom represents the desires of we, the people of the Great State of North Carolina.
I, the petitioner, do see just cause in invoking a recall election of Senator Richard Burr on the following grounds:
1) The Senator does not represent the will of the people of North Carolina.
2) The Senator does not respond or report to the people of North Carolina -- instead, the Senator reports to his colleagues in Washington.
3) The Senator has not demonstrated that he has the passion and desire to make the best decisions for our state and not himself.
