We the People in the state of California have been adamantly opposed to the new A."C.A. aka (Obamacare). Senaotr Feinstein has gone far beyond her constraints of the U.S. Constitution.
Examples of the Senators contempt of her Constitutional restraints include her support of this healthcare overhaul, her stoic efforts to repeal the second article of amendment to the U.S.Constitution also known as the Bill of Rights. She is incompetent when it comes to maintain her civic duties, and interpret the rights which are inalienable under God.
Senator Feinstein's persistance to defile the Constitutional Rights of the people of California. We the people of the state of California have openly and overwhelmingly protested the individual mandate of Obamacare. It is unacceptable that she herself, her family, and her staff, as well as her colleagues are exempt from this bureaucratic healthcare plan.
We have been losing jobs, dealing with bankruptcy in municipalities across California, and this healthcare overhaul is seriously flawed.
Senator Feinstein, it has become clear to the residents in California, that you have gone out of your way not to adhere and align yourself with your constituents. As a result we the people of California have assessed that you are more interested in being a career politician as opposed to what we the people of California have sent you to Washington to do.
Senator Feinstein, we the people of California have lost full faith in all CAREER POLITICIANS and as a result we are officially demanding your recall. You have waged war against the will of the people for entirely too long with no accountability.
It has come time that all career politicians be held accountable, and in such demands, we the people have the right to a redress of grievences, which you have not represented Californias grievences accurately, therefore your seat in the U.S. Senate shall be vacated upon your recall.
