The Commonwealth of Australia under the stewardship of the Liberal Party of Australia was more than willing to recall our ambassador to Indonesia and place at a risk a trading partner and close diplomatic ties with one of our closest neighbours for enforcing their own laws over the Bali 9 in 2015.
Now that it is the position of the Commonwealth under the stewardship of Sen. The Hon George Brandis QC that Ambassador to the United States of America, The Hon. Mr Joe Hockey may have engaged in conduct against the Commonwealth interest is untenable to not have the same response, given the actual potentially for deliberately not enforcing the law.
As this is a transitional period for the President-Elect Mr. Donald J Trump, there is no material reason not to have this matter cleared up immediately.
We, the people, demand the recall of Ambassador The Hon. Mr Joe Hockey to explain potentially unconstitutional actions in his role as Treasurer.
