Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has been selling faulty Tvs and especially their Tu8000 and 7000 tv models. These models have a faulty panel which is often affected by panel shotting rendering the Tv unrepairable and useless after 1-2 years after purchase. This Tv model has been supplied globally with similar cases being reported by customers in Africa, S. America, Asia, Europe and N. America.
Most of these tvs have been repaired by warranty however the issue perists after the warranty time duration. This prompts the company (Samsung) to exclude themselves from any sense of responsibility.
We the undersigned call on Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd to recall these tvs or refund our monies. The sale of faulty Tvs is unacceptable. This is a breach of agreement between You and the buyer.
