The mini series "V", originally aired on NBC and around the world in 1983, was one the biggest events in television in the 1980s. For a generation of viewers, "V" represents one of the most exciting programs ever screened on television.
With a vast exisiting fan base, as well as new generation waiting to see it, a cinematic release of the original "V" miniseries would be a great and unique cultural event.
We, the undersigned, ask NBC executives to re-release "V" the original mini-series as a theatrical feature. We believe there is a huge audience waiting to discover this film, as well as a vast fan base who would like to see it in the cinema.
