RE-ESTABLISH THE PARLIAMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA

The Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia was established under The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia.

In 1973, the Whitlam government created a new corporation known as The Australian Parliament. However, as this was done: -
(a) without the approval of the Australian electors; and
(b) without the approval of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II;
it has no constitutional authority and is illegal.

Nevertheless, The Australian Parliament under the trading name Commonwealth of Australia, is a registered corporation with the US Securities & Exchange Commission under #0000805157.
