People are at risk of being injured or killed, some people have already lost their lives.
The roads of Allen Memorial and 243/441 need to have street lights put in as its so dark that at night you cannot see anyone unless you are right on top of them. Also Allen Memorial needs side walks because people have to walk in the street and take even more of a chance of getting hit. Also with street lights on these streets it will hopefully lower gun violence.
