There are thousands of people who have invested their hard earned money with Lodha Builders and are now suffering the burden of EMIs as well as rent in spite of making 95% payment of their flats booked with this builder well in advance due to the delay in possession.
They are not getting any compensation for this delay.
Dear Friends,
Let us start this signature campaign against Lodha Builders who make us sign one sided documents which they consider as agreements and then twist it to take the money from us well in advance and then forget about completing the flats on time. The slabs are made ready in record time so that we have to strive to arrange for the installments, if not, then charged a daily interest of 18% per annum on daily basis.
Never heard that these builders have delayed the building of slabs but have always delayed the possession dates as the labor is transferred to another site once the slabs are ready. Not responding to our complaints and denying any compensation for the delay on their part. Let us gather as much support as we can through this campaign so that unitedly we can challenge this builder and make him pay for what he has made us suffer. Once we have enough support, this petition will then be shared with the media houses and also try to bring it to the attention of Hon. Prime Minister - Mr. Narendra Modi.
