Proposal to allow miniature pigs in city limits

We are planning on proposing an idea to the Gower City Council next month to allow miniature pigs in city limits as they are domesticated pets, like a dog. (Not feeder or breeder pigs) they are smaller pigs that are not harmful to the city at all. We brought up the idea in the last City Counsel meeting as they are indoor animals, but a bill was put in place over 80 years ago that livestock animals were not to be in city limits. We feel a miniature pig does not fall under this as they are classified as a domesticated family pet. If you agree that they are no harm to the city and would like to help please sign below!
