It is rare that you find an educator with the means to actually teach his students rather than letting them figure it out, which eventually leads to dropping a course.
Mr. McCall is an educator, who actually cares for his students and prefers getting to know his students on a one-on-one basis. An educator who will take his time and go out of his way to ensure his students not only pass the class, but understand the material that is being taught.
