Preventing Child Molesters Once and For ALL

I am a single mother of 7 kids and it would tear me apart to know that there is someone out there that hurted my child or took their innoccents away. I dont think that just slapping these child molesters with several years in prison is even going to teach them a lesson at all. regardless of what we continue to pay taxes on whatever they choose to do, and then we have to get them registered and have to watch over our shoulders, not knowing if one lives right across the street from you. and then the innocent victims our child, sister, mother, aunty, grandma has to deal with it for the rest of their lives and no matter how hard they try or just anyone, it haunts you for the rest of your life. So this petition is to finally do something about it like for any convicted sex offenders or child molesters or whatever it is in that catagory. Really if you are convicted in the court of law and you are found guilty the punishment would be that you would have your private area amputated. no second chances. you should loose your priviliage to be normal, We wouldnt have to worry about registering them or even have to worry about them trying to touch or hurt any one again with it
