Pride is a time for the LGBTQ community to be together to celebrate our individuality. These experiences are for our community, our supporters, our families, and our children.
The importance of physical contact and togetherness is not something that we can create in a virtual world.
Many feel unsafe online as once things are online they can be tracked and is out there for the world to see... Supporting our brothers and sisters is one of the most important aspects of the celebration and this will exclude those people.
We as the LGBTQ community and supporters ask that the Center postpones Denver Pride 2020 to later in the summer of 2020.
