Tidinika Kulathunga originally from Sri Lanka is missing since 20th July 2019. He is an international student in Victoria, Australia.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Thidinika Kulathung.Anyone who sees Thidinika or may have information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Glen Waverley Police Station on 9566 1555
The 21-year-old was last seen in Glen Waverley about 1.30am on 20 July and was heading to Craigieburn.
He was travelling in his blue 1998 Honda Accord sedan and was wearing a black leather jacket.
He is described as having a solid build, dark hair and dark facial hair.
Thidinika is known to frequent the Alpine areas and enjoys driving the Great Alpine Road.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as it is out of character for him not to make contact with anyone.

We urge the police to take immediate and all appropriate action in relation to this matter.
The missing student is not an Australian citizen however that should not be an excuse for inaction by the authorities. Prioritising of case based on of race, religion, citizenship, sex or language is unacceptable.
