I wrote the petition, I took it off by free will and am not being forced by anyone, nor were offered anything by anyone. There might be some investigations needed about fraud (fraudulent money transfers, suspected money laundering, and possibly supports of t. activities). I'm closing the petition, as I consider it to be in the best interest of the public. I trust security investigators and agencies in knowing what they are doing. It might be a requirement by the Interpol that banks hire a couple of people offshore too.
I'm writing as I read the following:

It seems TD Canada Trust could be gaining from transferring our data overseas, as the Canadian Public would lose more jobs and would get deeper and deeper in debt.
Please STOP TD Canada Trust accounts from being transferred overseas. It is a risk to the welfare of the Canadian public and in my opinion to security. It also seems to be encroaching on our right to privacy, as I don't think we knowingly gave approval to our accounts being transferred:

Please read the 2016 Corruption Perception Index too, which shows Canada to be one of the cleanest countries, and in consequence our bank accounts should be kept in Canada:
