Playing fields at Willow Lane Park

Since the sumer of 2010 , there have been teams of soccer players that are using the softball diamond in the park for their games. There is a soccer field designated for them to play on but they continue to use the ball field.
I have been in contact with Jim Glaso of the Park Dept and he was or is working with Officer Monique Dwyer to check into and resolve this issue to no avail.
The neighborhood is unable to use the park because of this activity. The noise and language is most often inappropriate as well.
We, the undersigned, respectfully request that some action be taken to accommodate the soccer players and the neighborhood that supports the park.
A sign designating the soccer area might be helpful or a meeting with these players making it clear as to where they are to play.
I feel at this point our needs have not been heard and request your help in solving this issue.
