There is a gap in the restaurant market in Berwick upon Tweed, which has an enormous catchment area, well away from Edinburgh and Newcastle.
The town is on a list of potential candidates for new offerings, and research in 2011, by Gondola Group who source new sites for Pizza Express and other high quality chains, showed an apparent lack of demand in the evening. This Petition will show that this research is wrong or out of date!
