Mr. Donald Trump is currently intimidating members of the United States Congress from otherwise fulfilling their Constitutional Duties, such as proceed with impeachment proceedings, which Congress has been sworn to uphold, on account of Mr. Trump's orchestrated public smear campaign to undermine, discredit or destroy their political careers, which is a brazen attempt to bully and threaten public officials as a result of using your product known as Twitter. Anyone who shamelessly violates a user agreement, regardless of their position, should be held to the same standard. There is no law or statute that requires Twitter to be forced to provide services to anyone, regardless of their public office, profession or otherwise. This is not a joke, this is on account of testimony provided by a former Florida senator when discussing this delicate situation with the press.

Mr. Trump's latest incendiary tweet was directed at Senator Chuck Schumer:

President Trump on Monday morning ridiculed Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer, who became emotional Sunday while condemning the president's travel ban, which temporarily bars travelers from seven Muslim-majority countries.

"I noticed Chuck Schumer yesterday with fake tears," Trump said during an Oval Office photo op with small-business leaders. "I'm going to ask him who is his acting coach."

Trump went on, " 'Cause I know him. I don't see him as a crier." He added: "There's about a 5 percent chance it was real. But I think they were fake tears."

Mr. Trump has had a lengthy history of cyberbullying against not only politicians, but also private citizens, including Khizr Khan, the father of the slain Muslim US soldier.

We needs Twitter's leadership to put a stop to all of his chaos. Mr. Trump is exploiting this online tool, which is being used to further his agenda which is currently putting the United States on the verge of a Constitutional crisis.

We need Twitter to send a message to our youth about Cyberbulling and hold Mr. Trump accountable and his punishment as an example to others, not parade or endorse his cyberbullying as a behavior for the nation's youth to emulate. The silence of Twitter, or failure to act serves as an categorical-endorsement of cyberbullying. We need Twitter to make a stand and revoke Mr. Trump's account for his many years of blantanty abusing both his elected position in office, as well as his Twitter account. It is up to Congress to determine if he is upholding the duties of his office, it is at the sole-discretion of Twitter to determine if Mr. Trump is following Twitter's end user agreement in accordance with the rules that should apply to all.
