The Secret Cellar needs a larger work space to expand product lines and services in response to the specific demands of the community.
Since The Secret Cellar opened in 2004, space has been the biggest challenge. Moving to this new location of, 2828 120th Street in Shueyville (the large white farmhouse 2 lots west of Shueyville United Methodist), would allow plenty of retail space to give the community what they have been asking for: expanded product lines, more food items, and possible cafe-style appetizers.
We, the citizens of Shueyville and immediately surrounding areas, call upon the members of Shueyville City Council to rezone for commercialization the property at 2828 120th Street (the large white farmhouse 2 lots west of Shueyville United Methodist) for the expansion of The Secret Cellar.
