Pulte Homes seeks to rezone 88 acres on Ravenna Street to build over 100 homes on 80x40 lots (the equivalent of two basketball courts) in Hudson’s Rural Residential Conservation District. This District was created "to protect and preserve the most rural areas of the city" and requires 2.5 acres per home. Pulte’s request disregards the purpose of the District, and the character and legislation of Hudson.

We, the undersigned, petition the Hudson Planning Commission and City Council to vote NO to Pulte’s rezoning request.
