In the state of SC it is illegal to tattoo the neck, head, or face under Code of Laws - Title 44 : Section 44-34-100, paragraph (E) Under paragraph (F) A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined up to two thousand five hundred dollars or imprisoned for up to one year, or both.
My goal is to have this law changed. The state of SC has no right to say where we can or cannot get tattooed if we choose. Join me in working to change this law by signing and sharing. Thank you.
