Wolfhound Bar, Oakland is planning to open a new room with space for a pool table.
We need your guys help from Oakland City Council to approve a Major use Permit and Variance.

We, the undersigned, are neighbors of 5514 San Pablo Avenue, Oakland, the Wolfhound Bar.
We SUPPORT Wolfhound Bar’s Application to expand into the adjacent space in order to provide food and more room for their customers. They have done an excellent job of transforming an empty run-down storefront into a beautiful neighborhood bar. It feels as though “Cheers” has been reincarnated into our North Oakland neighborhood.
We trust that their expansion will be just as attractive and welcoming. Before this was a place to drive by not a place to stay and visit. San Pablo Avenue is meant to be an active neighborhood commercial street, not a single family residential quiet zone. We request that you grant their requested Major Use Permit and Variance.
