Petition for Royal Holloway's student tuition fees to be reduced due to a mix of online and face to face teaching in the academic year 2020/21

Due to the corona virus, three months of our 2019/2020 year have gone and we, the Royal Holloway student, have paid the same amount of fees as the other years. In these three months, some professors have not made themselves available, others have simply not given any news or guidance to their students, and teaching standards have not been met. Moreover, exams are the most expensive period for our university, and having passed our exams online, the university did not spend any money on them. We haven't had any kind of refund for this year, and we were told that the next academic year would be a mix of online and class classes. I therefore call on the student to sign this petition for tuition fees to be reduced in 2020/2021 if we are not to be taught face to face as a result of the corona virus outbreak.
