Motorists are the dominant road users and so should have primary place in all road and parking infrastructure.
We call on PC World (Bury) to end the ridiculous state of affairs where bicyclists are given precedence over motorists in the car park hierarchy outside the store.
Please ask the appropriate body to move the seven bicycle stands to some out of way place or just removed entirely and use the space for some more car parking instead.
