Today before the Medical Cannabis Task Force, the San Francisco Department of Public Health stated that they are planning to force medical cannabis dispensaries to give a list of their growers.
Axis of Love SF opposes MCDs having to list by address their cultivation sites for public record and urges all to sign our petition to protect providers' anonymity.
We, the undersigned, ask the San Francisco Department of Public Health to reconsider their plans to gather and maintain lists of cultivation sites associated with permitted medical cannabis dispensaries, for the reasons stated herein and to protect safe access and cultivation.
Listing cultivation sites for the public record jeopardizes facility safety from robbery and can be used by federal agents which violates the San Francisco sanctuary ordinance for medical cannabis.
