During Covid 19 a lot of Learner Drivers have been affected by the lack of Driving Tests and the RSA prioritising Essential Workers for Tests. This has affected many drivers who have been driving for years on a learners permit and been trying to receive their full License. For Example like many people who booked a test last year many have been waiting 8-9 months for a driving test and have yet to receive a date. I myself have had 2 Learners Permits and have to apply for a third because I have been waiting for a Test for so long the last year and have received very little communication upon the RSA's end. My request is for Drivers who have been awaiting long periods of time to either receive a Pass or their Instructors be allowed test and pass them for a full License.
I am asking people to sign this so we can get the approval for Learner Drivers who have been awaiting a test for a lengthly Period of time to receive an Automatic pass for a full License or for their Instructors being given the approval to test and Pass the Drivers.
