We, the undersigned, respectfully ask Congress to pass an Oscar Grant, Freddie Gray, Walter Scott Law whereby Police Officers who kill unarmed citizens and are not convicted under State Law, then the said officers would receive a mandatory twenty-five years to life sentence in a federal penitentiary upon conviction.
