Friends and Family of Michael Tondee are trying to stop the early release of his ex-wife Annastasia Tondee, who drowned their youngest son in November of 2001.

On November 11, 2001, Annastasia Leigh Tondee gave birth to a full term baby boy in the bathtub of her own home. She then cut the umbilical cord with a pair of scissors and watched as the baby struggled in the water. After the baby was dead, she put the newborn in a garbage bag and placed him in the garage where the infant was found 12 days later.
In April 2003, Annastasia Leigh Tondee was sentenced to 25 years in prison and will have served just 2 years and 4 months when she is considered for parole.
We, the undersigned, STRONGLY OPPOSE the parole of Annastasia Leigh Tondee. Justice demands that she serve the full prison term given to her at the time she was sentenced for this heinous crime.
