We have been told by the local councillors to set-up a petition to show that businesses and customers aren't happy with the current parking policy.
So far we have 165 signatures from in the salon and would like to create this page online to get as many as we can.
We feel 2 hours parking with a 4 hour no return is pushing our customers and shoppers away from Windsor. Instead we think that making the parking 4 hours with no return would benefit consumers, employees and people who live in Windsor as they would have more time and would feel more relaxed not having to worry about their parking running out.
As a majority of salons are based down St. Leonard's road we find that a lot of clients spend more than three hours having services done, and they are forever worrying about their parking running out. This is ruining what should be a relaxing experience.
Since the parking policy has changed from being able to park all day to now only being available for just 2 hours, then having to move your car, it has become harder for staff and customers, losing customers around the local area.
Parking for 4 hours with no return would benefit consumers, employees and people who live in Windsor.
