Hi my Name is Julius Smith,

I want to register a concern that I have as a parent against the makers and distributers of 5-Hour energy.

I used the product and my doctor and I believe that the product contributed to my irregular heart beat and
a heart attack in October of 2011.

The cause of my concern at this time is the company's marketing this questionable product to college
students. My daughter ordered some textbooks on line and when the books were delivered to our home
a complimentary bottle of 5-Hour Energy was included. This company is clearly targeting unsuspecting
young people. I believe this to be unethical and should be illegal.

We demand that the makers and distributers of the product 5-Hour Energy stop marketing this product to
college students, including sample bottles in deliveries
of college text books.
