On June 5th of 2007 my 22 month old daughter was ripped from my arms due to a disagreement with my landlord. He was trying to force me out without an eviction notice and he came to my apt while I was working and killed my daughters cat. He also tore up several garbage bags and made the place look terrible. Before I got home he called Protective Services who pulled my daughter out of my arms when i got home then in Jan2008 I had a son who they also took from me there are now proceedings to terminate my rights even though I have done all their programs.
We, the undersigned, call on Judge Kent, Tuscola County Court to deny the termination petition in the case of Ashley Cathers, and would instead ask him to begin reunification of the minors with their mother.
