Stantec Consulting Ltd. on behalf of SouthPointe Estates Inc. is proposing to redistrict lands in the SouthPointe community at the future intersection of 94 Street and SouthPointe Boulevard. Legal Description: Part of NW 20-54-22 W4
This proposal would redistrict lands from Urban Reserve (UR) to Direct Control Administration (DC(A)-10). This would allow for the development of a neighbourhood level commercial site in accordance with the approved Southfort Area Structure Plan.

Dear Sienna Neighbors,

We are against the bylaw C13-18 due to the negative impact it will have on our neighborhood.
Reasons for objections:
⦁ Children safety as they will have to pass directly through area to attend and Elementry/Jouniour high school
⦁ Increased traffic flow (personal and commercial)
⦁ Potential rise of neighborhood crime
⦁ Increased noise for residents in this area
⦁ Rezoning of the this area will go against the reason most of bought our homes in this area.
