This petition is in response to the infill development of the property at 1111 Light Street, currently being proposed by Mirmiran Atlantic.
As neighbors and affected parties, we are concerned about the potentially negative affect the proposed mixed used development will have on our neighborhood and on our quality of life.
We feel that the proposed development is out of scale with the surrounding fabric of the neighborhood and that the disproportionate size of the development will place an undue strain on the existing infrastructure within our neighborhood.
We, the undersigned, ask that you, the Baltimore City Zoning Board, do not grant the requested variances, included but not limited to setback and lot area, for the proposed property at 1111 Light Street.
