We as citizens of the City of East Providence stongly oppose the closing of Riverside Middle School.
The city schools are overcrowded as is the merging into one middle school would only increase the problem. Our students need smaller classes not larger ones.
We, the undersigned, request that the East Providence School Department eliminate the proposal to close Riverside Middle School.
