All those living in both Broshim and Einstein TAU dorms have been promised a gym included in their living arrangements. Although it is not written explicitly in the contract, the gym is included in the dorm description.
The dorms management team claims that they have not yet opened the gym, even though they legally have been able to do so for more than a week, because they have not been able to hire a security guard. This is not an excuse and something they should have been prepared for.
By not providing us with a gym they are violating the description that we have paid for when deciding to live in the dorms, and are taking away our right to practice a healthy lifestyle (especially when there is bad weather outside).
Please sign this petition to push the dorms management team “Shikun and Binui” to open the gym. Not opening it is completely unacceptable given the fact that Israel has now been “reopened” for over ten days.
