The pedestrian bridge at Sunnyslope Avenue was temporarily closed by Councilmember Wendy Greuel in July, 2004. Ms. Greuel will be making a final decision by November 8 or 9.
To Councilmember Wendy Greuel:
We request that you permanently reopen the pedestrian footbridge spanning the Los Angeles River between Sunnyslope Avenue and Rye Street.
Just because you can't get neighbors to agree to restricted parking, that's no reason to change the geography of Sherman Oaks.
