OneSky Arbritration Process

We the pilots, family and friends of OneSky pilots are creating this petition as a direct plea to Arbritrator Fishgold to encourage a swift conclusion to the current arbitration process.  Deadlines have come and gone and we are weary. 

We know, after several years experience,  current relations between OneSky management and the Pilot's Union will most likely lead to protracted and acrimonious Section 6 negotiations.  We are asking Arbritrator Fishgold to consider this possibility and avoid giving us an MCBA that creates a less than urgent attitude toward the Section 6 negotiating process toward a CBA the pilots can vote on. 

Accordingly, we are asking Arbritrator Fishgold to simply and swiftly merge the contracts with the promise from both sides that no one should lose anything.  Please avoid additions or subtractions to the MCBA regarding items that could be used as carrot on both sides to complete the final process of a elected CBA as quickly as possible.  The pilots want to vote and the best way to that goal is to create an enviroment that neccessitates negotiation.  Do not award parties for failing to negotiate! Otherwise, it will be years before we get to vote in our futures.
