We, the undersigned, hereby PETITION that the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Canada:
IMMEDIATELY RETURN TO and in future NEVER DEVIATE FROM the centuries old Holy Communion practice of using ONE SINGLE SPOON (ΛΑΒΙΔΑ).
The ONE SINGLE SPOON (ΛΑΒΙΔΑ) is also…
1) the June 2020 decision of the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople
2) our right according to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
3) coated with the Body and Blood of our Lord, God, Jesus Christ, which NEVER transmits disease. Therefore, it must NEVER be sterilized, disinfected or otherwise desecrated in any manner which suggests or implies that it may transmit any form of disease.

3) Καλυμμενη απο το Σωμα και Αιμα του Κυριου ημων Ιησου Χριστου, το οποιο ΠΟΤΕ δεν μεταδιδει ασθενειες. Ετσι, ΔΕΝ πρεπει να αποστειρωντεται η και να βεβηλωνεται με οποιονδηποτε τροπο που να υπονοει οτι μπορει να μεταδωσει οποιαδηποτε ασθενεια.
