A petition to have the GoVia network investigated for over charging/unfair charging on the south east qld toll roads.
We the undersigned request a state government based or ombudsman based investigation into the charging policies by the GoVia Network in South East Qld.
We request this as we believe we have been unfairly charged and/or overcharged by the GoVia network.
We the undersigned also believe the charging processes & penalty amounts charged by the GoVia Network are excessive and are designed to take advantage of users for the private benifit of GoVia.
