I am petitioning for OHIP to cover all or a large percentage of dental costs for Ontario residents. Did you know the cost of a composite filling (Tooth Colored) for 1 surface is usually between $130 and $200. A lot of residents, being single or families can not afford this luxury, as I call it.
I know of many families who do not have a health insurance plan, and do not make enough for private coverage, yet they make too much for social assistance. So they go with out. How many families suffer like theirs??
